5.2 Pricing and Changes
All prices, packages, and service descriptions published on this website are indicative and may be updated at any time without prior notice. The actual price applicable to your project will be confirmed in writing before any work begins.
5.3 Payments
Payments for our services may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or through our payment gateway partner Razorpay. All payment information entered on third-party payment pages is handled securely by those platforms. KM Digital Marketing does not store or have access to your full card or payment details.
5.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a per-project basis and will be communicated in the relevant service agreement. In general:
- Advance payments for services already commenced are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For Website Development, the hosting and domain costs cannot be refunded cause we are dependednt to the third party hosting provider like Hostinger.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to reasons on our end, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
- Dissatisfaction with creative direction that has been approved in an earlier stage does not qualify for a refund.
5.5 Delays and Deliverables
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by delays in client-provided materials, approvals, or feedback. KM Digital Marketing is not liable for delays caused by client-side actions or inactions.
