1. General principle
KM Digital Marketing aims to define project scope, fees and milestones clearly before work begins. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, the written quotation and the nature of the payment.
2. Advance and milestone payments
Advance payments used to reserve project capacity, begin requirement analysis, architecture, design, development or other agreed work may be non-refundable once the relevant work has commenced. Completed and approved milestones are generally not refundable.
3. Cancellation before work begins
If a project is cancelled before meaningful work begins, we will review the payment and documented project terms and may refund an eligible unused portion after deducting any agreed administrative, payment-processing or third-party costs.
4. Cancellation after work begins
If a client pauses or cancels after work has started, charges may be reconciled against work completed, milestones reached, resources committed and non-refundable third-party costs.
5. Third-party costs
Domain registrations, hosting, software licences, advertising spend, paid APIs, stock assets, payment gateway charges and other third-party purchases are subject to the relevant provider's refund rules and may not be refundable by KM Digital Marketing.
6. 30-day complimentary maintenance
Eligible website projects may include up to 30 days of complimentary maintenance after launch. This covers reasonable bug fixes and minor corrections related to the delivered website. Major changes, redesigns, new functionality, new integrations, additional pages, new content or structural changes are not included and may be billed separately.
7. Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original or an agreed payment method after reconciliation of applicable deductions.
8. Contact
