1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the KM Digital Marketing website and provide the general framework for services supplied by KM Digital Marketing. A project proposal, quotation, statement of work or written confirmation may contain additional terms for a particular engagement.
2. Services and scope
Services may include website development, website maintenance, SEO, technical SEO, local SEO/MEO, AEO, GEO, content writing, social media, email marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads and related digital work. Exact deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities are confirmed in writing for each project.
3. Proposals, pricing and payment
Quotes are based on the requirements known at the time of preparation. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate. Payment schedules and milestone amounts are those stated in the applicable quotation or invoice.
4. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, access credentials, content, brand assets, domain or hosting access and third-party accounts where required. Delays in approvals or required inputs may affect the project timeline.
5. Third-party platforms
Search engines, advertising networks, hosting companies, domain registrars, social platforms, APIs and other third-party services operate independently. We cannot guarantee their availability, policy decisions, approval decisions, rankings, traffic levels, advertising performance or future pricing.
6. SEO, AEO and GEO
Our optimization work is intended to improve technical accessibility, relevance, content quality, search visibility and discoverability across search and answer-oriented systems. Rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads and revenue cannot be guaranteed because they depend on many external factors.
7. Website ownership and intellectual property
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, KM Digital Marketing retains rights in its pre-existing frameworks, reusable code, internal processes, templates and tools. Client-specific deliverables are transferred or licensed according to the agreed project terms after applicable payments are completed. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.
8. 30-day complimentary maintenance
For eligible website development projects, KM Digital Marketing may provide up to 30 days of complimentary post-launch maintenance for bug fixes, minor corrections and reasonable implementation support without major changes. Major redesigns, new pages, new features, new integrations, content production, third-party configuration or substantial structural changes are outside complimentary maintenance and may be quoted separately.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund matters are governed by the Refund Policy and the project quotation. Work already completed, approved milestones, third-party costs and non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.
10. Acceptable use
Clients must not use our services to create, publish or promote unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringing or otherwise prohibited material.
11. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KM Digital Marketing is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party outages, platform changes, cyber incidents outside reasonable control, client-supplied errors or events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current website version.
